Before I download / install Wookie Wizard, how do I delete the old files left over from the DroidBox wizard to save some space ?

Advice would be appreciated.

You need to clear data and then install Wookie wizard.
Follow the below video to clear data and install Wookie wizard:

I have followed these steps however when I go into video add ons and click wookie it doesn't give me the option to log in therefore when I start to download an error occurs

You don't need to log in to the wookie. Check the threads here on isp blocking. It may be you have to unset parental controls.
