I've noticed today the .in primewire domain is down. You might want to try this. It is a bit slow but works

h**p/xbmc.a4s.info (replace ** by tt)

Yes, it's currently fine with .in It must have been a temporary glitch. Keep the other as a "spare".

There been a few add-ons lately that have been having problems, Sparkeys streams is up and down, Showbox was down for a few days updating servers too. Hopefully back to normal now...

Then reboot XBMC?
