Start with the boring basics, and work up til the error is found.
If WiFi, head to Settings and long click on the network name in WiFi and select Forget. If you don't see a black and white interface when you click Settings, then click on the last "Other" tab, then the More Settings button. You'll now see WiFi, long click the network name and select Forget Network.
Once the network is forgotten, click on it normally, enter WiFi password and connect.
Give it 10-20 seconds. If you're connected via BT for your internet, visit
http://DroidBOXForums.com . If you see a BT logo and Get Started button, click and follow on screen instructions. No Get Started button? Visit
http://192.168.1.254 on your DroidBOX's Browser app. Login with the __ADMIN__ password printed on your Home/Super Hub by clicking on Settings.
Not with BT or completed above?
Open Kodi/XBMC and head to Video Add-ons or Media Portal. Click on the YouTube add-on and search for something. Click on a result. If that is working fine, build up to a Genesis TV series/Movie search, then click on a good 1080/720 HD result hosted at VK or GoogleVideo.
If that works OK, check if the sources that were previously failing are now OK.
