I just use a free one off playstore , Turbo VPN it works fine for me , you can pick various servers etc works ok for nothing

Thanks sblabs that fix cured it , I'd seen that before but remember reading it was included in the 1.08 update so didn't bother trying it , anyway all working ok now , thanks again Regards John

Hi just got a new T8 plus and fitted a hdd , setup recording in libre elec and works perfect, problem is when using Kodi from android side it says it's downloading but it's not when checked in ES file explorer , whats recorded in libre elec is there and plays back perfect on es file thingy , but...

So in the meantime is it not possible to put the old 5.1.1 back up for download because in my opinion that new rubbish has spoiled what was a perfectly good box

Yes I did download Kodi 16.1 as that new version of Kodi was rubbish , I'd spent ages getting my previous Kodi how I wanted it with the excellent Gen-TEC builds but all that was lost through bownloading that new stupid firmware rubbish , I though they would have least but the old system back up...

New update nothing but problems , buggered my seperate Kodi up , libre elec is ok though, when on seperate Kodi it is just crashing , weather now not working like it used to , is there any way to go back to the last update before I throw this box in the bin !!!! also cpu at 100% in Kodi compared...

Thanks, I sorted it out by downloading play services on my computer and putting the file on a usb stick and then installing it on the box ,so that sorted that problem out Got the update last night

Same problems as above on new T8 Mini WILL not run playstore or Google play services !!
