    X7 won't turn on

    My new X7 won't turn on. I connected it up via HDMI and switched it on. Nothing appeared on the TV and after a few seconds the blue light on the on button went off. Tried it attached via AV, same thing. Tried a factory reset, same thing. Any ideas would welcome. New to these sorts of devices. Is...
