    Tried live chat no reply. My droix x3 android box I purchased this year keeps freezing on start up page droix.net I have to unplug to clear it...also the bluetooth signal is very intermittent. No order number sorry but address is... J Pritchard.

    USB ISSUES.

    Hi. When I plug in hdd the remote control becomes unresponsive and altho the cursor is on screen you cant do anything. Unplug the hdd and all is ok. Just tried another hdd with some movies on and the same happens. Maybe interference from hdd? Thank you.
