I was about to post a reply as well, as I had to reset and came up with the same issue. Its a pain but is there a way of getting rid of it yet?

Hi, had box for 3 weeks but finding the experience a little frustrating, especially live sports. Anyway now when I click the xbmc on the homescreen, the screen goes black and nothing happens, I can't access the wizard and get to the add ons. Should I just restore or any suggestions appreciated.
