Me too. Honestly it looked as if it had been run over. Bag split, boxes crush and the worst bit was the chocolates were crushed as well ;) (I used the discount/offer for Valentine's Day).

I had two emails from different people from DroidBOX, one said don't open the package, return everything for replacement once received. The other said just to return the box to see if it could be repaired... ?? What about the possible damage to the controller and gamepad? Anyway I have not...

OK, so I can't the standard channels with this. I have had a play with Kodi on my laptop and struggled to add-on to get anything to work. Do I assume that if I buy the T8-S Plus, will all the basic dd-ons will be already loaded and what will a be able to see/hear?
