    My " media launcher is not working " - what do I do ?

    I have gone back to factory settings on my T8 and has successfully rebooted But when I go into kodi it comes up " unfortunately The media launcher is not working " What can I do to fix this ? Thanks in anticipation Peter

    hi - I have a T8 from and when I tried to upgrade from 15.2 to 16.1 it said that my device was " not comparable ". It also said that my file manager had was not working . I downloaded one from google play but it appears not to be the correct one. I then decided to go back to factory settings but...
