I just bought r99 android box and when its on works well, I have a s77 air mouse and keyboard which also works well the problem is it wont power on or off with remote power button either s77 or one it came with I have to unplug hdmi and power cable plug back in red light goes blue and it works...

installed wookie looks ok used megabuild but when try to open it goes straight back ti install screen then when i try gain it says "for a successful update ensure you have cleared data first" but dont want to loose kodi i might be being thick here but if anyone can help please
