No this is the firmware that was already installed on the box purchased in January. Just tried the OTA app again and still get the same issue.

As the box is only 6 months old and still under guarantee I would prefer to use the Rom from Droidbox. Thanks for the quick reply .

Trying to update the firmware on my T8 using OTA as described in the How To.Howver I keep getting the following message ( Unsupported Rom) The Rom developer has not enabled support for OTA updater. please ask them to add support before using this app. Anybody got any ideas?

Just updated my T8 from Xbmc 13.2 to Kodi 14.2, However when I click on Xbmc on the dashboard nothing happens. I have to click on Kodi in my apps to get it to work. Any ideas how to link the dashboard Xbmc app to kodi.

Just done a test on my T8 and results are different. Provider.......BT Speed...........58Mbps download and 19Mbps upload. Ethernet test gave 17Mbps download and 11Mbps upload Wifi test gave 38Mbps download and 14Mbps upload. Had a few issues with buffering but overall box has performed well...

Maybe a local issue. Just checked XBMC and a few links and all are working fine.
