Addon Shortcuts Editing

On the homescreen, where we have programs, videos, music, sytem etc, how can I edit or delete the addons from the smaller strip underneath. I don't mean the shortcut addons icons, below.

I been in settings, appearance, settings etc, but can't find anything about them.

It should be there in Appearance, then on the left at the bottom it says short cuts, go in there to add or take away.
Check your setting level is set to expert as well.
