Recently I have installed the Aeon MQ7 skin on DBMC. I find this skin to be much superior to all other skins. It looks very good on the TV and have a host of customization's. You can play with it to your heart's content.

One word of caution: People who have very little experience on computers, tablets, cellphones and their OSs should stay away from manually adding this skin to the Android folders as it involves good computer knowledge. This is computer geek stuff and do it at your own risk.

This skin is not officially included in the Kodi repository yet. You will find it here for download.

After downloading the Aeon MQ7 v1.4.0 I tried to install it through Addon menu and install by zip file. But this method was not working.

After researching on internet for this skin, someone mentioned that we can manually copy the contents of the zip file (unzipped of course) to the DBMC's Addon folder. For T8-S V1 box the path is as follows.

sdcard/Android/data/uk.droidbox.dbmc/files/.dbmc/addons

If you want to use this skin for Kodi 16.1, you have to use the following path
sdcard/Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/addons

You need to switch on the Show hidden files in ES File Explorer to browse the hidden folders (names starting with ".") Once the skin.aeonmq7 folder is copied in the addons folder, close ES File Explorer and open DBMC/Kodi. Go to the skins section in Appearance menu and switch to Aeon MQ7.

For Kodi 17.1 Krypton version use the below site for instructions.

I highly recommend this skin for DBMC/Kodi enthusiasts.
