android box sideload

i have a m9+ android tv box, i had to factory reset it, now when it boots upall that comes on screen is:

supported API:3

Recovery is listening adb sideload.....
Waiting adb sideload command.....

and it won't boot
Can anyone help please, many thanks in advance

Is it possible you have hit the wrong option on the recovery screen?
I'm not familiar with the m9+ box as I don't think it is supplied by Droidbox but you may want to try a factory reset again.
Here is a video for Droidbox devices which should be similar to your box.

If that fails, can you contact your box supplier for further help?
