I can't find any support for this and the instructions are basic to say the least, overall pretty happy but just a few niggly things, when trying to d/l a apk from chrome there is no save to directory so it won't D/L. On the remote there are buttons to pair with the TV how do I do this?
On the plus side the one touch mouse button is great, optical out works well, easy to use media centre app, fast responsive remote.

Hi
As this is not a Droidbox supplied machine (this is their user forum) there are probably not that many t9 owners here.
Still, most of these machines work the same way.
Apks from Google play store should download and install automatically.
Otherwise, for non play store apks there is usually a download manager built into the software. If not install something like es file explorer from the Google play store - although chrome itself handles most downloads.
Make sure that "allow download from unknown sources" is checked in security settings if you are trying to download anything outside the play store.
Non play store apks download to the Android download folder. Navigate there using a file manager (like es file manager mentioned above or the stock Android one), find the APK and click on it to install the app.
Good luck.
