Hi, i have an MXQ android box and i am also partially deaf. My partner can hear perfectly so when i need a higher volume she gets a headache and probably almost deaf :). Is there anyway or some sort of app that will let me play the sound through my phone and use earphones to listen at a higher volume?

Thanks Tom

No promises that it'll be possible, but can you let us know the make and model of your phone, and the OS on there (for example, if Android is the OS, have you allowed any manufacturer's updates to take place).

Also, worth considering subtitles? https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/subtitles-for-videos/ My hearing isn't great, so I've used 888 on teletext/subtitles in general for quite a long time. It won't work for live streams, but most shows and films will have subtitles available within Kodi.
