Box dead

Hi .

Newbie to forums here ,

I bought an X7 back in late may , worked really well , went to use it the other day and it was dead , unable to switch on etc,

I've emailed the support email and also a contact seller on amazon but still no reply after 2 days ,

Could someone please get back to me re this please.

I'll check through our records. A little earlier I replied to your message from 17 hours ago, that was sent from your personal e-mail address.
I've been through all our folders and don't see anything from Amazon's system that hasn't been replied to, sorry if Amazon mislaid your message.
