Go my Q7 today, but anytime I try and use it for more than 5 or 10 minutes it turns itself off, tries to reset but fails, I then need to pull the plug out and wait for a minute or so before turning it back on again, this will prove to be a useless box if I need to do this constantly.

I would get in touch with live chat or at the bottom of this page go contact us, and send an email. Sound like might be a faulty box. Hope you get it sorted.
Ta. Actually, I have noticed it is only when I am in XMBC so, it might not be the boxes fault, perhaps I should try deleting and re-installing?
