Box switching it self off

Hi x7 ultimate has been working great since purchasing it in feb last week or so after about an hours operation it just goes dead no led light is displayed and won't switch back on for about 20 minutes then works fine for about an hour again any ideas on how to fix ?

This doesn't sound right, can you send an email about your fault and are guys will look into this for you. Use the contact us at the bottom of this page.

When sending an e-mail to us, have a quick read over of http://www.droidboxforums.com/threads/what-to-include-if-you-need-to-e-mail-us.364/ first, and personally, I'd just e-mail directly (more likely to know if any problems occurred with the message that way).
