New to this system. Just installed my box have been watching on and off for a couple of days. But every time I try to turn box off two things happen the blue light changes to red for sleep mode, but can not shut box off by holding remote for the 10 sec. If I turn off tv and come back box has automatically gone from on to sleep but only way to get box to come on is unplug and reboot that way otherwise the wookie screen comes up but box is froze. Have twice uninstalled wookie but no help. Once I reboot box seems to work as should.
