Connection help

Hi all,please move post if it's in wrong forum, I'm trying to update the other but on the download screen the connection keeps saying it's waiting,and when I try the live help is asks how I want to send the code if I select via lan nothing happens,any ideas?

What droidbox do you have?

Hi,it's the t8,I had an email saying there's an update available and it always played up so I thought it might help, but it just flicks from trying to connect to downloading every half a second,I can watch the odd film or TV show but it it hit and miss

Hello.
First of all the update we just heard about was for the t8s plus not the t8 the machine you've got. So it is a good thing the download has appeared to have failed as it is not for your box and could have broken it.
With regard to general poor performance, lets concentrate on that.
First can you run a speed test (using say ookla) and report the results. Say whether you are using widi or ethernet.
Also are your addons up to date? Have you run one of the wizards or builds recently?
