My Q7 died while watching a film. The srceen went black and rebooted to android home page, then went black again. The red power button is still lit but it will now not turn on. I tried removing the power lead and replacing but no luck. Any ideas out there or do I have a dead box that I need to send back.

Thankyou for your reply. I did not buy the box from yourself but Droidstick who I am still waiting for a answer. I was looking for something I could do for myself and if anyone has had the same problem. Thanks.
You could try a factory reset via the Recovery Menu, but by the sound of it there may be a physical problem with the device or the device's power adapter.
