Hi,

I’ve just received my DroidBOX and tried to download apps from the DroidBOX market but nothing seems to download when I select the install option.

Is there a program I need to install first in order to download the streaming apps?

Cheers!

Es file explorer has an inbuilt file downloader as does chrome. Thought there was also default on droidboxes. Are you sure it has not downloaded to your "downloads" folder then you need to click on the .APK file.

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately none of the apps have downloaded to my downloads folder. All I have done is plug the Box in and head straight to the DroidBox market. Is there something else I should be doing beforehand?

Can you head to Settings, Security or Apps, and look for an option to enable Unknown Sources. Try enabling it and then heading back to DroidBOX Market and trying again.
If this doesn't help, can you confirm which model you have, and also when you go to Settings>Apps>DroidBOX Market, which version does it show as being installed?
