DroidBox's Kodi 15.2 on Droidsticks T8?

Two of my sons have the above and asked me to inquire if it's possible to use 15.2 from the DroidBox site. I've already updated but then, I have a DroidBox.

It might be cheeky to ask but if you don't ask you don’t get, they say.

Please take a note that apps from DroidBOX are meant for DroidBOX products but it should not be any problem!

We would still advise to purchase DroidBOX products to enjoy in full DroidBOX experience!

Thanks for your reply. All very understandable, I was just curious if it would work with non DroidBox devices. I know the latest kodi can be had from several sources.
