finding specific channels and saving them to favourites

I am extremely new to world of android tv so apologies in advance if these are basic queries.

Firstly I would like to know where I can find E! as in E Entertainment - I have scrolled through most apps under the UK Tv, USA Tv, Entertainment etc and have found nothing.

Once I have found a specific channel is there a way to save this into favourites as opposed to having to remember where and how I found it?
