Which browser are you using to try and view flash content (I'm assuming you're not loading up SWF files from local storage?)
I'd recommend trying the Dolphin Browser - see http://droidboxforums.com/threads/internet-browsers-chrome-dolphin-firefox-and-opera.88/ for details and a link. If you find flash content isn't even represented by an icon on screen in the Dolphin browser, switch the app to desktop mode. When you try and view flash content, it should link you to the APK you will require.
