Grey screen on startup

Was using the box then turned it off then a few miutes later turned it back on and all i get is a grey static like screen. I have tried turning it off then on again and removing power plug etc but nothing seems to get it to actually boot into android and show an image.

Have tried more than 1 hdmi cable so that isnt it either

If you manage to get to the recovery menu, try a data wipe/factory reset.
Should that not help, or the recovery menu doesn't appear (more likely I think), please send us an e-mail - [email protected] . If you could include the following in the message please:
