hdmi socket not working

Hi I have had my x7 for over a year and it works great but unfortunately my puppy jumped on the shelf and the antenna got stuck in his collar this pulled the hdmi lead out and the socket pins look wonky now and it won't connect to the TV. Is there any other way of connecting it, or do I need to buy another?

That was unlucky, is the dog ok.
If I was you send an email to the office and the tec guys can answer this for you. It might be able to get repaired......at the bottom if this page use the "contact us" in the light blue line.
You would need to send it back, but hopefully they can tell you sooner then wait on here for someone to give you a more definite answer.

We have a little mini Pin, and she is always hiding the remote controls, we have lost about 4 in the past 12 months. I will probably find them in the garden when I put the Summer flowers in. Love her all the same.....

Haha, yes I feel the same. I wouldn't swap him for the world even though he drives me bonkers sometimes. He's only a pup though still learning
