I basically had terrible internet which meant my droodbox never worked correctly. I now have fibre and tried to factory reset my droidbox. When I came to reboot I discovered I can't find my password or username If anyone from droidbox hq could help that would be great as I'd love to start using it now I have the ability! Many thanks in advance!

Can you email us with your order ID or full delivery address please? Also let us know in the email which system you need a username and password for, as we don't have any usernames or passwords for quite a while now, at least since the T8-S Plus came out.
