Help...no remote control droid box ts8

Please help! My 2 year old has lost my remote control for the droid box. I downloaded the app on my phone but it won't throw into the droid box now. Is there an app anybody can help me with so I can use until I get a replacement. I have iPhone and android phone. Thank you in advance

Both the ios AppStore and google play have kodi remote apps (the android one is known as kore). I used to use the AppStore version on my iphone and it worked ok. Needs some configuration in kodi though and don't how you would do that without access to kodi in the first place.

Thank you. I managed to get DB share working. Just need to try and get all the details to configure what I need for kore. have you tried DB Share? You can mirror kodi on your phone and watch everything on your phone
