Just reset my driod box to do a fresh install.
Its come back on, enabled network card, nothing is downloading/installing..

Never had this problem before.

i have just done a reset, to setup from scrath.

after doing that, RUN the DroidBox Wizard again in XBMC to get the latest updates

THE WIAZRD ISNT THERE

NOTHING IS DOWNLOADING.

AND NO APPS ON OR THE MAIN SCREEN

We dont advise Firmware reflash to our customer anymore

@akhems - Sorry about that, we're trying to ensure correct procedures are understood and followed for tech support. I've mentioned this case to the team.

We should have checked if your firmware included a /system/preinstall folder or similar (just so you know, our servers aren't involved at all with apps re-installing after a factory reset, the APK files are in the system, normally ready to auto-install after a factory reset) and also politely asked you to go through the factory reset once more, and wait a full 20 minutes for the apps to re-install.

If you want to check for the installation files before trying a reset with the switch underneath again (and 20 minute wait afterwards), open ES File Explorer, expand the Local menu and click on Device / . From there, head to the /system folder, and then /preinstall. If /preinstall doesn't exist, look in the other folders for APK files. If you only see system apps (clock, calendar etc), keep looking in other folders. (Obviously you can navigate to /system/preinstall with whichever app you prefer).
