Hey can anyone assist, I'm using kodi on my Windows laptop and when I go into add on settings in icefilms, it doesn't show a download tab on top. But on my Android phone it does, any advice? Thanks

I'd assume there is a difference in the versions. Possibly one comes from an old repo, or was manually installed from a ZIP?
Open up Kodi/XBMC on both your phone and the PC and head to Video Add-ons or Media Portal, as applicable.
Highlight the IceFilms add-on and press C (PC QWERTY keyboard) or the menu button on your phone.
Select add-on information and check the version number reported there.
Presumably the older/earlier version is the one without the Download tab, so perhaps uninstall it and follow the guide at https://seo-michael.co.uk/how-to-install-ice-films-on-xbmc/ to install it back again.
