Hello ,

Can you please try the procedure here-- http://droidbox.co.uk/blog/how-to-access-your-droidboxs-recovery-menu/

AndroidRecoveryMenu-

You should see a menu appear on your TV after 5-30 seconds - once this occurs, you can let go of the switch you've been holding down.

Now select "wipe cache partition" and after it is done select "wipe data/factory reset" after that your device should start normally.

If it fixes the problem, update and RUN the DroidBox Wizard again in XBMC.

You can follow the steps here - https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/how-to-use-the-droidbox-wizard-add-on-in-xbmc/

OK Steve,

Please email our Tech people here then using this email address-- [email protected]

Let them know the issues your're having with your device. Tell them you already tried to access Recovery Menu/Factory Reset but it didn't work.
Dont forget to include your Order ID no., your eBay or Amazon account name and model of the device you are using ( iMX6 ) in your email.

Engineer Andrew will guide you and advice you there on what you needed to do next.

I think your device needs a firmware reflash! o_O
