hi, box keeps resetting itself and unable to access boot menu, toothpick method not working, any advice?

Have you tried toothpick whilst having a memory card with firmware in the box?
Tried it, the box updates itself then gets stuck during the start up. Getting fed up with the box, I've had to fix it at least once a month since I got it. Great when it works but I can't rely on it.
@Fraser Martin , please e-mail us (see this thread for details - What To Include If You Need To e-mail Us... ), an occasional tweak or reconfiguration is sometimes necessary, but if your device is misbehaving that often, and a firmware flash hasn't helped, we'll need to repair or replace it (assuming it was purchased in the last 12 months, this will be free obviously). Please mention the firmware flash and this thread in your e-mail.
