Install from zip file

I've added the link for wookie but then go to load it up and it says not connected so when in zip file the folder is blue and not red like nothing in there. Can someone help?

Have you put the user and password in.
Go to program's and hover over the wookie wizard and press the menu in the remote and here press add-on setting and you can add them here.

I do all the bits up to media source then when I accept it says no connection add anyway yes /no. So I add it but can't pull it up in zip file as there is a folder for wookie that I've created but it's empty as there is connection for the file/stuff for wookie to download.
So I checked the Internet ive got internet so don't know what other connection there can be!

If it says no connection the url you used could be wrong/typed wrong or the site you are trying to access might be down.

i used wookie yesterday ok, i think you may have a typing error when adding source

Most common mistake to cause this sort of issue is when we subconsciously use our brains to "autocorrect" the URL... make sure you type in http://wookie.metalkettle.co
Not .com or .co.uk, JUST .co
