Kodi v16 Jarvis

Hope someone can help.......

Gone on to my droidbox t8 this morning. Clicked on kodi media centre and it's trying to open up in v16 jarvis!
I've not done an update so how has this happe
Refuses to open. Keeps going back to default android home screen.

If you got it from Google play store last time, it just update as 16.0 jarvis is the stable version now.
Check your storage as the update might have pushed your box over its limit to load kodi. Normally you need over 600MB to run. Clear cache a delete some file if it's full....

Message from Kodi : "To upgrade from any previous build, just install on top of your current version. If you have installed Kodi from Google Play, you should be receiving an automatic update notification in the next day or two".

Scary times...
Anyone reporting any incompatibilty issues with addons or have early users found it safe?

Note xbmc karaoke does not work with 16 so do not update if you use that addon
