This was it? Saturday 4pm to less than 24 hours later at a weekend and you're posting that we don't support our customers?

For good quality and accurate assistance, a description of the issue certainly lends a hand. Something like:

I turned on my T8 this morning, and after starting XBMC there are no video add-ons present.
or
Yesterday I ran the DroidBOX Wizard after clearing XBMC's data. I selected the T8 pack, it completed, and I pulled the power lead. However, now when I open XBMC there no add-ons or skins present.

would help us to help you.

Anyway, as you've "lost all preprogrammed XBMC", can you let us know whether the DroidBOX Wizard is still present in your XBMC installation? If not, please e-mail us with a request for the Wizard URL and instructions to install it. See http://www.droidboxforums.com/threads/what-to-include-if-you-need-to-e-mail-us.364/ for the info we'll need to proceed.
If it is still present, go through the update procedure again (XBMC data wipe - http://www.droidboxforums.com/threads/resetting-xbmc-to-a-just-installed-state.27/ and then running the Wizard).

if you think for one second that you can sell a product and provide mediocrity in the way of support in this day and age you are either extremely arrogant, ignorant or just plain could not give a fk either way.

i deleted all but that last sentence out of a weekend's worth of frustration.

I don't think we're going to get any closer to agreeing on how this business should be run. The vast majority of customers are happy. Sometimes mistakes are made, or unavoidable delays occur. I'm sorry that this situation has frustrated you, and hope that we'll be able to get the Wizard working properly.

Noticed this post as I have the same issue (my 5yo son thought it would be fun to factory default the box). Can I assume that I just need to e-mail yourselves with the details needed to get the download link for the setup wizard?
Thanks

Yes, if you lose the Wizard, shoot us an e-mail with the info mentioned here - http://www.droidboxforums.com/threads/what-to-include-if-you-need-to-e-mail-us.364/ and mention whether you are using Frodo (not likely unless you have a device from about a year or more ago, or have an iMX6/M6 box).
If you're itching to get started, and have the info mentioned in that thread to hand, you can grab us with a live chat during office hours Mon-Fri. Scroll to the bottom of https://DroidBOX.co.uk and use the chat widget.
