LOST XMBC APP HOW CAN I RESTORE IT

I have accidently deleted my XMBC app how do I restore it? Please.

Go to android apps, look for file manager and click on it. Then go system, pre-installed, let it load and then look for xbmc and click on it. Let it load and you should be ok, you will have to re-run the wizard. Dave

David I am in the apps part of the system and there is no file manager?

What box do you have, see if there's anything either pre-installed or with file in and have a look round.
