M8 box fried

Hi All

I have now successfully fried 2 x m8 boxes, my power supply for my BT box fits into my M8 box, and unfortunately I put the wrong power supply in and its fried the box (no power going int the m8 box at all). Is there any way I can repair this fault, or will I need to dig deep?

If the box's power supplies themselves are definitely OK still, you could get really lucky and find it is just a fuse/big enough component (not a fiddly SMD piece) that has died. If you're handy with a soldering iron and can see which component on the circuit board has gone, might be worth trying to put a replacement in.
