Mx android system recovery

ive tried turning my mx box on, which has been working fine, but on this occasion it's come up with a black screen with a the following typed on it
Android system recovery (3e)

Volume up/down to move highlight;
Enter button to select.

Reboot system now
Apply update form ADB
Apply update from EXT
Apply update from cache
Wipe data /factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Set efuse item

I've tried the reboot system now but it isn't working. Not really sure what to try next? Any advice would be great thanks

I have seen this once before. The only option was to do the factory reset. Be prepared to set up your machine from scratch (unless you've taken a back up).
