problems with my T8

hello im quite new to the android box stuff

but my new T8 i bought is having a few issues apps don't show at the bottom of the home page no more
they were there for the first week along the bottom of the screen but none now
alot of times when i click into xbmc or apps section nothing happens or it will open then close
the time and date seems to randomly change on bootup and the network connection is very slow

can anyone help

hi thanks i did a factory reset but the xmbc was empty so no wizard luckily a mate installed his version slightly older but works ok
ill just wait for the new wizard to come out now
any idea how long that will be ??

Got to be tested first, SilentlyScreaming is waiting for the zip file, then he sending by email to the people how have registered there emails. After that hopefully not long....
