I have got a q7 that is staying a solid red and will not turn on no matter what i do. Can someone help

If you're able to access the Recovery Menu ( https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/how-to-access-your-droidboxs-recovery-menu/ ), then try a factory reset.
If you're not able to, and have a USB A to USB A type of cable (see http://www.amazon.co.uk/USB-Male-2m-Cable-Black/dp/B0018I97M0 ) then we could try a firmware flash, using your PC.

Hi there im not sure how to write messages on here but here goes,i have a q7 box wich turns on blue light but cant get past the android symbol any ideas please
