When I go to network I have two wifi connections that are mine and they are both connected is this causing my issue which is a poor upload download speed? I have gone from 4 mb to 22 Kbps so cannot play anything on kodi

Could be 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels, what is the make and model of your modem/router? That covers the two networks side of things.
