Refurbed T8 seems DOA

Hi all,

I got delivery of a refurbed T8 yesterday and it seems to be DOA. The power button lights up blue and the LAN port lights up okay but there's apparently no signal getting to the TV. I've tried a couple of cables and HDMI ports that I know are working.

Any suggestions or do I send it back?

another obviuos thing but worth trying. Can you try a different tv?

Thanks for the reply. I've proved the box is faulty I think. I just got a T8-S delivered by Amazon Prime Now, 2 hour delivery where I live. This box works fine

I'll send the T8 back for a refund.
