I'm assuming you've rebooted the device since the picture went funny?
When you turn it back on, does it boot up normally? If so, at what point do things go wrong again? Did this occur in XBMC, or were you using a standalone video playing app to watch the film?

Hi it went funny when the kids were watching a cartoon on xbmc,thats why I bought the box tbh,the noise was piercing to say the least.SoI switched it
off put it back on to find the film on xbmc,and again it happened once i got back into xbmc,since then I've not touched it.

OK, if the problem only occurs in XBMC, let's try resetting that first. Follow the directions in this thread please - http://droidboxforums.com/threads/resetting-xbmc-to-a-just-installed-state.27/
If that doesn't help, the next step would be following the steps in this thread instead - How Do I Reset My DroidBOX To The Same State It Was Delivered?
Try reflashing the firmware - Firmware Upgrade Instructions for iMX6 Devices . If that doesn't work send us an e-mail ( [email protected] ) with your original order ID and Amazon/eBay account name, and we'll repair or replace it for you.
