i have a M5 stream box and genesis has been messing up lately, tried to install the newer version to help with the no streams available/ playback fail and I just keep getting this message

Script failed: Addon installer

Can anyone help??

I'm new to this but I had the same thing happen to me on my M8. I done a full back up then tried again and it worked. Although I've installed Kodi on my Samsung phone and I can't get pasted this message

Please make sure that you have good internet connection .
Also,sometimes its good to close the program(go to settings,apps,find the XBMC and click to force close).
When you open XBMC again,add on installer should work,if not,please look at this doc
