Showbox download problems

Lately I don't seem to be able to down load films from show box can only stream them it's seems to be when it is in torrents rather than a server like 3 or 4 this started about 2 weeks ago can anyone shed any light on this ? TIA

Regarding any third party service you can try to locate their support email and write them down directly.
