Just updated showbox and its now asking for 'please enter captche' all of the texts showing in the text box are illegable. When i do get one i can read it wont accept it.
Also when watching movies on genesis at keeps crashing. Internet is fine and in some movies it says there are no streams available when i only watched a movie on it last week. Any suggestions.

Hi, if you delete it and load this link, then install it, its the old Showbox and some links still work. Don't upgrade..just click on remind me later.
I've done this and some links work....so until Showbox fix there severs or update them anyway.

Have you had any problems with genesis. A movie will play for about 5 seconds then nothing after that?

Does it pause or just stop. If it pauses just use the rewind / chapter back button and it should start.
If it stops go out of Kodi and go to setting, other, more setting then Apps and scroll down to Kodi and clear cache. Restart your box and then go back to Kodi and try again.

It just plays for 5 seconds. Ive tried to skip a chapter but it goes back to the screen of streaming options. Most of the the movies its says there is no stream available. Eg american sniper. I have watched this movie in genesis. The first thing i done was clear cache but still the same problem?

Is it only Genesis you are having problems with, if it is try uninstalling an reinstalling it.
