Sound problems

just wondering a few films ive tried watching on showbox the sound has been very strange as in the talking is quiet and the sound around like
Background noise is hissy if that makes sense just wondering is it the copies of the films or the setup of my box? Thanks in advance

Are they "cam" films?
Do you want to name them so we can test them as well?

Hi and they are on showbox one is the accountant which is a gd film and sully thank you

I have just checked both films on showbox and they were both playing and sounding fine. Films were taking some time to load earlier so there may have been hosting issues.

Check if you have sound problems on something like YouTube. If not, then try showbox again.

If sound issues persists then try a reinstall.
If sound is good on everything else other than showbox then it is unlikely to be your setup.

If you're using a surround sound system, check the advised settings at https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/surround-sound-settings-on-your-android-powered-set-top-box/ for both Android and Kodi/DBMC . You may also want to check over the settings used on your amp/soundbard/etc, if they have the ability to play stereo audio through all speakers, try turning this off temporarily.
