If you have Windows 10, click the Start button, type in CONNECT. You should get "Connect Trusted Windows Store app" in one of the results, click that.
If your PC is compatible with this app, then you should be able to use the Cast feature when Android applications feature it.
You could also use something like QuickSupport from Team Viewer (preinstalled on our devices), then run Team Viewer on your PC and connect that way, though I don't think this will cover audio. You might need to disable hardware acceleration in the app's video settings if the video itself isn't showing on your PC's monitor. You might be able to use Bluetooth to transfer the audio, however you would likely encounter synchronization issues this way.
Remote Desktop Connection is another possibility. RDP might work well, not tried.
Our DroidBOX Share system can mirror your PC's screen to your TV via the DroidBOX, but this would be the wrong way round.
